1. DESIGN
The basic elements of any custom woodworking project begin with design ideas, whether you bring drawings from an architect or designer, pictures from a magazine, or sketches on a napkin, we have to get an idea of what you are looking for in your custom wood project.

2. BUDGET
From the design stage, we begin to discuss budget. Generally we are able to offer an estimate based on your initial architect/designer drawings and our first meeting. We can then determine how we will proceed with your project. It is usually helpful to come to the first meeting with a budget in mind. We can tailor our design efforts and our material and option suggestions to stay within your budget.

3. CREATIVE
Once we have established a budget and have an idea on design, we can begin the creative process of submittal drawings. This is the stage where we flesh out our ideas into what are referred to as submittal drawings. These submittal drawings can be as simple as two dimensional line drawings showing plans and elevations, or as complicated as full color three dimensional renderings. The submittal set also includes finish samples of the final product to ensure the color, grain and tone of the work is exactly what you desire. Some complicated projects also require prototypes and mock-ups of the finished product.

4. CONSTRUCTION
After the submittals are approved, we schedule the production and manufacturing of your project. The schedule will depend on your construction schedule (if applicable), material availability, shop production schedule and your desired installation date. On the scheduled installation date we deliver the product and our own team of dedicated installation specialists begins the process of carefully installing the millwork created especially for you.

5. APPROVAL
Upon completion, a careful walk-through of the spaces is required to ensure all requirements were met, all the items were installed correctly and in completion and all doors, drawers and miscellaneous hardware are functioning properly.

When we have finished your project it is our goal to leave you, our customer, completely satisfied that you have the finest quality woodwork that will serve its purpose beautifully for years to come. We do not advertise so the success of our company has been based solely on client testimonials and referrals. A satisfied customer’s testimonial is our greatest form of advertising.
